DIRECT ACCESS
Simply stated, all people in the state of Pa are able to be evaluated and treated by a physical therapist WITHOUT a physician Rx for a period of 30 days. The only insurances that do not recognize direct access are 1. a work related injury 2. a motor vehicle accident 3. Medicare.
